Prototype Manufacture

EMS Manufacturing is fully geared to providing a fast and accurate prototyping service to prove both the design and manufacturing process before production. We have significant experience in supporting the needs of both design and manufacturing to deliver both cost effective and rapid product development.

 

We can offer either a hand build option or, to simulate the final production process, a fully automated build. Our prototyping services allow us to provide you with a highly efficient transfer into full production, reducing your time to market and helping you to establish the most economical build and test process for the production assembly.

 

Our in-house capabilities include producing initial prototype quantities of multilayer PCB's on our LPKF equipment, prior to committing to larger quantities of externally manufactured PCB’s. Where some form of assembly casework or moulding features as part of your design, we can produce 3D solid models on our Eden250 rapid prototyping machine.

 

As part of final design verification we are also able to offer visual product inspection using X-Ray and AOI, as well as verification testing in our environmental test chamber.
